ZTE AXON

ZTE is a global provider of mobile devices, telecommunication systems, and enterprise solutions. In the US they are the fourth-largest supplier of mobile devices, and second-largest supplier of prepaid devices. With an endless supply of 'me too' smart phones on the market, ZTE partnered with TEAGUE to create a signature smart phone that would appeal to sophisticated and affluent urbanites who want to stand out from the crowd. 

Working with ZTE and their core goals I lead a small two designer team. Together we created content ranging from the initial sketch ideas all the way to final CAD concepts, and then we worked closely with ZTE’s engineering team to create final surfacing CAD around their components packaging. Along with content creation and presentation deck creation, it was also my responsibility to plan and manage our work schedule and set up check-ins and presentations.
